I am currently employed as a Property, Project & Maintenance Manager, soley responsible for the management and development of a single clients real estate and tangible assets in the Cayman Islands.

Management and employment duties include but not limited to.

  • Managing a portfolio of real estate and Marine vessels worth in the region of $40 million USD.
  • Responsible for all monthly expenditure, budgets and projects costing approximately $40,000-$50,000 USD per calender month.
  • Leading and managing the successful completion of major facility upgrades projects while adhering to budget constraints and timelines.
  • Leading a maintenance team to ensure optimal functionality of facility systems, equipment and marine vessels.
  • Developed and implemented preventive maintenance programs, reducing downtime and extending equipment lifespan.
  • Hands on maintenance, engineering and installations when necessary to reduce costs. Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Carpentry and ground works.
  • When necessary, coordinated with vendors for timely repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
