Growing up in Southwest Michigan is where I began my now extensive experience in the service industry. Starting at a bustling sports bar at the expo position, then working my way to server when I became of age. Learning the back of house functionality before becoming a server, built the respect I have for restaurants, and my love to be a part of the machine that it is. Transitioning from rowdy sports bar to serving wine at Kody Kresta was smoother than anticipated. Working with wine was a pure learning experience that taught me how to excel in customer interaction. Being informative to the guest while creating inviting conversation is a tool that was carefully sharpened working on this local vineyard. While living in Los Angeles, I was able to integrate myself with the incredible Mediterranean restaurant Casalena. This establishment allowed me to harness my customer service talents within finer dining. The passion, perfection, and care that goes into every dish reflects on my character. These establishments along with many others, have given me the tools to thrive in any service space needing a well rounded component to their machine.
