I currently work full time in pain management, and travel between our Richmond, KY office and our Corbin, Ky office. I typically see 140 patients per week. My responsibilities include ordering and interpreting labs and imaging, managing controlled medications, developing treatment plans, and ordering procedures and injections. I am often the sole provider in the Richmond, KY clinic. I also evaluate patients using telehealth capabilities.
My current responsibilities include performing physical exams, ordering and interpreting lab tests, diagnosing illnesses, educating patients, prescribing medications, and developing treatment plans. I also perform procedures such as suturing, abscess incision and drainage, taking X-rays, casting, and splinting. I utilize telehealth for COVID + patients. I work full-time under the remote supervision of Dr. Nawar Soda, who owns multiple clinics across Kentucky. Each clinic has only one provider per day. My typical patient load is 50-80 patients per day. I care for nearly every patient population, from pediatric to geriatric. Being a sole provider has allowed me to develop leadership skills and gain confidence.
Administered adult and pediatric COVID-19 vaccinations and performed and analyzed COVID-19 PCR tests under attending physician Dr. Luke Murray.
