as a stock prep operator i have learned how to operate dcs.

maintaining water and stock levels to go to stock approach area. completeing daily rounds and trouble shooting any of my findings out of the ordinary. free time has been spent learning other parts of the mill with drawls on machine wet end jet to wire ratio, splice flows. working with winder learning how to thred up. corelink trouble shooting.

have spent little time in dryend learning tests and what full rounds look like.

spent time with supervisor completing boiler rounds and machine speed cordination with grade changes.

writing codes and maintaining upkeep on cnc machine.

balancing quality, quanity, and shipping orders while keeping production with stock to fill orders.

scheduling and setting up lines daily for the proper material needing to be built to stay on schedule.

gave weld tests to applicants and if pass would hire with human resources to bring on.

would promot to next levels from operation to mig welder.

mig welder to tig welder.

sending out daily reports to production manager of the events that occured during the shift.

maintaining draws on machine to shave wire down to spec. texting of each spoil with retention tests and quality.

operating forklifts and tractors, maintaining parks and rec areas.

welding and building of semi bodies, forktruck operation, and driving semi drucks short distances. troubleshooting with lengths and widths for precise parts to fit together.
