  • Supervise operations of local program (drug testing, treatment services, LOPM, etc.)
  • Provide support to local office staff
  • Respond to emails and voicemails in a timely manner, a minimum of 3 times per day
  • Monitor Teams for department/agency correspondence
  • Check Aversys and ensure that any non-negative results are addressed
  • Enter time worked in the timesheet application
  • Update participant information in MIS within 48 hours of receipt
  • File all documentation in case files within 48 hours of receipt

  • Utilize and maintain Outlook calendar
