I was employed by my fathers excavation business and worked to complete jobs with him that included, water and septic system installation for both farm and residential use. electrical work, driveway excavation and installation and building surveying and leveling.

I was tasked with sourcing parts for technicians and over the counter sales and phone orders. I utilized and understood a parts catalog which contained information on vehicles built over multiple decades. I also worked to complete counter sales handled money and kept an accurate inventory.

Improved workplace safety by conducting regular inspections and identifying potential hazards. Assisted in the development of safety training materials for new employees, resulting in a more comprehensive understanding of safety protocols. Conducted thorough risk assessments for various job tasks, leading to the implementation of improved safety procedures.
