  • Responsible for reviewing and determining eligibility for SNAP, CCAP, and MA assistance programs.
  • Case decision was obtained in both SNAP and CCAP programs January 16, 2024, then received for MA on April 1, 2024.
  • Started serving on Call Services in early June 2023 before case decision was awarded due to office and state wide needs.
  • Job duties include completing applications, recertifications, case changes, and answering questions regarding DCBS programs.
  • Responsible for ensuring that information reported to the agency is accurately entered into the system and that the household understands program rules, regulations, and reporting guidelines.
  • Responsible for maintaining an accurate case record by ensuring case comment entry accurately portrays the household situation and all files are maintained properly within their Electronic Case File.
  • Assist as needed at the front desk for client intake, accepting documents, and answering questions.
