As an extroverted developer, I constantly challenge myself to improve and refine my skills. I dedicate significant time outside of work hours to practice and perfect my craft, resulting in enhanced productivity and successful applications at work. One notable achievement was researching and implementing a Dark Mode feature for a side project, recognizing its potential benefits for our application and users. The very next day, I presented this feature to senior developers, managers, and stakeholders, receiving positive feedback that led to its upcoming release in production. My insatiable hunger for knowledge has propelled me to achieve consecutive promotions and raises. Additionally, my extroverted nature shines through in my ability to lead cross-team collaborations and mentor both new and senior developers. I also contribute to the growth of the tech community by teaching students at Code Louisville.
