Ministry is a daily sacrifice and calling to join Christ in His mission. I strive to equip others through the power of the Holy Spirit. My overall vision centers on servant leadership, leading with humility, building healthy teams, and guiding others to help them recognize their God-given gifts. Ministry should always be relational and incarnational. Ministry also should be grounded in love, community, Scripture, and seeking to shape the next generation. Ultimately, I want to remain deeply connected to Christ so that all leadership and ministry will flow from Him.
