-Job Description: My first position at US Bank was a collector for the default counseling department. I handled Incoming and outgoing calls that mainly focused on delinquent mortgages.
In this role as a call center representative I had to be fluent in every aspect of mortgages.
One of the mail goals in this job was to serve the customer the best way possible. That meant going above and beyond to meet the customers' needs.
I was quickly promoted from call center representative to "Subject Matter Expert".
In this role I was responsible for all aspects of training. This included making training material and teaching it in a classroom setting.
At first, I was only responsible for training in my department then the job quickly grew to training for other departments.
I traveled out of town to other sites to conduct training and was tasked with helping other departments train.
In this job I had many responsibilities and always had to act in a professional manner as I was a leader to our new hires and other members of the bank.
This job also taught me exceptional customer service skills along with broad knowledge of computers.
