  • -Job Description: My first position at US Bank was a collector for the default counseling department. I handled Incoming and outgoing calls that mainly focused on delinquent mortgages.
  • In this role as a call center representative I had to be fluent in every aspect of mortgages.
  • One of the mail goals in this job was to serve the customer the best way possible. That meant going above and beyond to meet the customers' needs.
  • I was quickly promoted from call center representative to "Subject Matter Expert".
  • In this role I was responsible for all aspects of training. This included making training material and teaching it in a classroom setting.
  • At first, I was only responsible for training in my department then the job quickly grew to training for other departments.
  • I traveled out of town to other sites to conduct training and was tasked with helping other departments train.
  • In this job I had many responsibilities and always had to act in a professional manner as I was a leader to our new hires and other members of the bank.
  • This job also taught me exceptional customer service skills along with broad knowledge of computers.
