My title was Dental Tech - Processor Dept. I was the sole processor in the lab, with duties that included.

• Ensuring all models are marked correctly to match each case.
• Maintaining/small repair on my equipment which included, boil out, steamer, dupe machine, pressure pots, lathe.
• Following RX instructions that are specific to each case
• Ensuring all containers are labeled properly, including hazardous materials.
• Keeping track of any materials I took from the wearhouse
• Processing wax models into acrylic
• Ensuring all cases are completed on time, including rush cases.
• Maintaining a clean work space

Team member in the Flex Dept. My duties changed day to day, including.

• Making sure all packages are labeled, delivered, organized correctly
• Take cases to freezer via forklift
• Relieving team members for break
• Empty trash and compact excess cardboard for upcoming shift.
• Making sure team members have materials needed to complete the job
• Following all safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean work space

• Making foam pads for packaging
• Ensuring the right mold is being used
• Building inventory to stay ahead of potential rush orders
• Changing out chemicals used for foam gun
• Maintaining a clean work space
