Refer and communicate daily with school based APRN, counselor, social worker, school staff. Communicate and inform parents/ guardians. Coordinate and use of telehealth with school based APRN for students and school staff. Review of school health documents, immunization records, physicals, screenings for compliance. Administer daily, PRN and emergency medications, vision screenings, diabetic treatments. Administer emergency medication trainings for school staff. Review school safety protocols and monthly assessments of school AEDs. Computer nurse documentation.

Registered Nurse, BSN. Home health care coordinator. Nurse assessments, treatment, educating patients and family, wound care, IV therapy, labs, diabetic care, cardiovascular assessments. Educate patients and family on health conditions, medications, treatments and care. Collaborate, communicate and coordinate care with physical and occupational therapists, aides, doctor offices, mental health counselors. Review insurance coverage for home health care. Computer nurse documentation.
