· Provided ICT customer service, performed troubleshooting, and completed various technical tasks for the Cayman Islands Government public school system. Additionally, deliver fast, efficient, effective, and varied technical services to school administrators, staff, and students in the areas of computer hardware, software, and peripheral device support.

· Supported ICT infrastructure and network across 20 sites on multiple islands, managing network equipment, internet, wireless access, and servers. Oversaw the operations of a large-scale network with over 6,000 PCs and an average user base of 5750-6,000 individuals, primarily comprised of education professionals and students.

· • Assigned to one large high school (i.e., 1400+ students and 150 + teachers) and multiple primary schools in Grand Cayman.

· • Operating systems include: Windows 10, Mac OS & iOS, and Android Hardware items include tablets, laptops and desktops, printers, projectors, interactive whiteboards, educational software and hardware, and associated peripheral equipment.

· Provide prompt and effective technical services in response to all helpdesk requests from school administrators, staff, and students for assistance with computer hardware, software, and peripheral device troubleshooting and maintenance, as well as new hardware and software deployment.

· Provide remote and on-site support to the 1:1 laptop initiative for 5000+ students by installing and maintaining updated software as required, ensuring end-user devices are stable and reliable at all times, ensuring that all complaints are dealt with efficiently, responsibly, and on time

· Maintaining inventory control, asset management, records control, and other delegated tasks.

· Assist senior members of the ICT unit in executing technical and admin support tasks as necessary.
