  • Provide management information, statistics, Sales Agents production numbers and other reports as required by senior management.
  • In conjunction with the Corporate Office, maintain and develop common operational standards and procedures across the sales force.

2010.06 - Current
  • 2010, selected to be part of the project team to represent EHNA in the implementation of Salesforce, involving various project team meetings and trip to Paris.
  • In 2011, as RVP of California, conducted needs assessments to identify gaps in performance. Developed targeted learning solutions to enhance agent production. Originally intended to be regional, this was ultimately rolled out nationally. This became the foundation for the first of it's kind evolution of EHNA's new agent training program.
  • 2012, created a training program focused on renewals
  • 2013 - 2020 maintained some involvement or ownership of training initiatives to develop and support the agent salesforce.
  • 2020 volunteered to rebuild training to support a model of de-centralized/remote training as a result of COVID. This training is the gold-standard of our industry.
  • 2022 took over as Project Leader for North America on the Digital Sales Tablet. Now lead all markets in utilization and premium generated.
