I have been an IP with Dart for almost 3 years. I work in Building 1 EPS and I make styrofoam cups. I inspect the product to make sure that it is 100% ready to sell to customers. Customer satisfaction is my #1 goal and has been since I started in August of 2023. When I am working on the floor, any issue that I am allowed to fix on my line (press, caser, bagger, etc), I fix. And if I am working next to someone who has an issue that I’m allowed to fix, I fix it as well. I’m knowledagable at fixing a lot of things and changing film as well. While maintenance is on my line, I’m willing and ready to help with something that I’m allowed to help with. And I am watching them work as well to learn different jobs that I’ll be doing if I am ever given the opportunity to move up and become a maintenance mechanic.
