Summary

My goal for Crown A is to maintain its current mission statement of providing unparalleled care to our clients, centered on preparing them to transition into internship, or into the next stages of their recovery. My objectives for achieving this are as follows:

  • Ensuring proper and adequate training for staff members
  • Collaborating with all departments to ensure client success
  • Cultivating and maintaining a recovery focused culture
  • Remaining hyper-focused on protection of client rights and confidentiality
  • Maintaining a safe environment for clients and staff alike by being pro-active in all aspects pertaining safety and security.

I have been through many changes over the years in Crown A. I've fallen under a variety of different leadership styles. Crown A has my heart. Caring for our clients has and will always be at the forefront of my personal mission. This position would allow me to incorporate that mission on an individual basis for an impact on an organizational level. Creating a safe environment for another addict or alcoholic to find their God given destiny, one person at a time.
