I worked in the returns department through the transition from Reflections to SAP.

Processed Quarterly and NCP returns from truck plants and PACCAR Parts customers, ensuring accurate and timely handling of returns.

I issued RGAs and rework authorizations.

Created, modified and sometimes deleted Return orders in SAP.

Worked closely with Dynacraft quality department and quality departments at each truck plant.

Inspected and identified parts being returned before they could be put into inventory.

Communicated with the dealerships and truck plants for direction on rejected parts

Issued credit for acceptable returned items.

Created orders in SAP to ship rejected parts back to dealer.

Received good parts in SAP, and put them away in pick-able warehouse locations.

When we were short-handed I would personally drive the stock picker or reach truck to physically put the parts away.

Assisted Receiving supervisor in maintaining infraction log when we started using Pegasus to warehouse our product.

I assisted the receiving coordinator when and where needed, including training many of the new employees and working with Materials group to correct problems with SAP purchase orders.

I created and printed labels in Bartender for multiple departments.

Mastered all stations of door assembly line, including glass and panel stations, ensuring seamless workflow and quality assurance

Operated hose collaring machine, 1028 machine, and performed final inspection in a three-person cell, ensuring quality and efficiency in production process.

Maintained inventory accuracy on all items entering the Foreign Trade Zone.

Worked with U.S. Customs officers on a regular basis filing proper paperwork for removal of F.T.Z. parts.

Communicated weekly with my counterpart at our Belgium facility.
