When I was first promoted I opened the cafe 5 days a week Eventually I moved to four opens and a mid(11-7) during this time I was also responsible for ordering our truck (inventory), Than towards the end of my time in Vermont I would open the cafe two days a week put our truck away two days a week and bake 2 days as welI worked with everything in the café, from the register to making the food.er to making the food.
