- Expertise in inspecting and evaluating emergency lighting, generators, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems, and other backup power systems to ensure they meet safety standards and can operate effectively in emergencies.
- Ability to manage inspection schedules efficiently, balancing multiple site visits and reports.
- Ability to meticulously inspect electrical work and identify non-compliance or potential safety issues.
- Knowledge of safety practices and risk assessment procedures relevant to electrical systems and construction sites.
- Expertise in identifying issues within electrical systems and recommending corrective actions.
- Ability to inspect residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems to ensure safety and compliance.
