I am a lifelong resident of Dawson Springs. Married to Wayne going on 38 years and have a daughter, Sarah Caitlin, 32 years of age. She has just completed her Masters degree in Mental Health and serves a Licensed Clinical Counselor at Crittenden County Schools.

I have always had a passion to be involved/working. I love to help people . My work history proves such as I have worked in the banking field for many years with the adult population and then worked in the school system for many years. Volunteer positions over the years include, Mission Friends, GAs, Youth Group, Church Drama Ministry created by by husband, Wayne, Upward basketball coach, Youth league soccer and basketball coach, PTO Vice President, Commonwealth Institute for Parent Leadership participant. Whether the position has been a paid position or volunteer, my best effort is always there.

I am a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and with proven success as a team leader as well as team player. I consider myself a natural born leader. I can take on challenges and will accept the task at hand and try my hardest to achieve the given task. But I can also stand to the side and be a team player, accepting my role as needed but still giving 100% work ethic. I take pride in my work ethic.

I have excellent communication skills, easily interact with adults and children. Having worked in the banking field and the school system equipped me for both adult and children communication skills.

With past banking field employment and current employment I am proficient in computer data entry, typing, filing, and other general office skills.

I am a very adaptable individual and I am receptive to change and challenges. My ability to multi-task is one of my strong attributes and I feel that is reflected in my skills portion of this resume as well as the vast amount of job duties listed under each previous employment.

I pride myself with the gift of gab in order to promote open lines of communication to staff, students, and parents. I love being a team player in order to promote a healthy work environment.

I also realize from having worked in the banking field and school system, the importance of confidentiality and following policies & procedures.
