Immediate Goals (0–1 Year):

• Shadow a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a minimum of 40 hours by Fall 2025 to strengthen application credentials.

Long-Term Goals (2–5 Years):

• Apply and gain acceptance into a Doctor of Nursing Practice – Nurse Anesthesia (DNP-NA) program by 2027.
• Successfully graduate and become a board-certified CRNA by 2030, with a focus on providing equitable anesthesia care to diverse and underserved patient populations.

Patient Advocacy

• Helped patients understand their medications and discharge instructions to prevent confusion, surgical complications, and readmissions.

Communtity Advocacy

• Collected and donated essential supplies, including clothing and hygiene kits, to support local families affected by recent flood disasters.
