Gina Kinslow

• I have worked for 5 years with the Glasgow Migrant Education Program, primarily with bilingual students in small groups and individually in reading, math, science, and other subjects. Of the students I have worked with, some have been identified as having dyslexia, developmental delay, and autism. I use students' grades and district assessments, as well as input from their teachers, to help guide how I can help perform better in school. As part of my coursework at the University of the Cumberlands, I have also written faux IEPs and sat in on actual ARC meetings.
