Work side by side with NP and wrote all client's orders and medications. Ordered all stock medications and medical supplies. Perform urine drug screens on clients upon admissions and random thereafter. Perform any and all CLIA WAIVED tests for clients as well as all lab tests and schedule appointments. Request all records for NP on clients for previous health conditions. Obtain and process all PA's for Suboxone and Vivitrol. I am also the coordinator for our Vitriol Program. Set up after care plans and treatments for all clients including Suboxone Maintenance and Vivitrol follow up care. Work side by side with our Psychiatrist ordered all medications for clients that were seen and schedule their follow up appointments. Worked in admissions doing all TB skin tests and triage new clients. Made scheduled appointments for NP and Psychiatrist. Administer all injections to clients.
