• Administrative duties: Start up, billing, budgeting, managing, scheduling and more

• Provide nursing care during the post anesthesia period
• Monitoring telemetry, vital signs, level of consciousness and providing post anesthesia interventions and assisting with pain management procedures
• Assess patients after surgery while monitoring status and providing appropriate care under emergency situations using critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of moderate sedation, IV drips and medications, assessing and monitoring arterial lines
• Providing education to patient and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide appropriate care for patients

• Assess patients directly in the neuro intensive care unit and implement appropriate care and treatment necessary to patient's conditions
• Timely and effectively treating up two patients directly while evaluating patients' needs and care
• Evaluating lab work, patients' conditions, treatments, behaviors and medications to better serve the patient's needs
• Working directly with doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, case managers, dieticians, and nursing assistants to better aid the holistic care of each patient
• Communicating lab work as well as patient's condition and assessments effectively to physicians in critical and stable circumstances to better serve the patients care
• Provide nursing care such as telemetry monitoring, assisting physicians in bedside procedures, wound care and basic nursing skills that are needed
• Ability to be flexible working within other units in facility as needed

• Assess patients and monitor patients directly within the emergency department setting
• Timely and effective treating up to five patients directly while evaluation the patients' needs and care
• Working directly with doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, case managers, dieticians and nursing assistance to better aid the holistic care of the patient
• Continuous monitoring of vital signs and telemetry in the critically ill patient
• Provide emergency nursing care interventions when needed
