• The vendors/carriers email me with a delivery request. I go into SAP to verify the correct information and see if possible a different date to deliver if the product isnt needed that soon.
• Somedays I managed high emails while maintaining professionalism and accuracy when gathering client information for appointment bookings.
• Acted as first point of contact and set appointments for prospective clients.

I kept up with over 800 IDH in the warehouse. While making sure the inbound/outbound was correctly completed.

• Received incoming shipments, compared contents against associated records and transmitted to proper department.
• Checked in OTR drivers to the proper doors in the warehouse
• Planned the forklift operator to unload or load trailers in a timely manner
