Strengths

I have worked with the public for several years and I have been selling car parts at my jobs. I'm good at maintaining good positive conversation with customers and developing their trust over the years. My people's skills have become a very important aspect in my jobs it reassures customers that you know how to do your job and can do it well. While working with the public over the past several years I have run into several situations that I have learned from to develop my skills to a higher level to critically and effectively solve those issues in a timely manner., When I started working at Oreilly's I was just a sales specialist and later became a shift manager of over upwards of five workers. It took some time to get used to it being my first experience leading a team, but I have taken off with it and really enjoy being a team leader for the company. I have always had some sort of draw to leadership and have been able to excel in the position I've been put in to keep the store going by answering questions and giving advice to coworkers to solve problems.
