Thank you for considering me for the position of 3rd shift Press Supervisor. I currently work at Autokiniton as press operator on 3rd shift. I started in the press department on September 16, 2016 and quickly advanced to team leader, and held that position for several years. As team leader, I often filled-in for the past and current supervisor. During my time at Autokiniton, I have enjoyed learning new things and taking on additional responsibilities. I’m able to work well under pressure. I have a way of looking at situations differently and trying to find a better way to complete the task. I’m willing to learn new things in order to make the company better.
