- I do know how to use to use and am equipped with most tools. It takes to diagnose a system and repair system. Even a combustion analyzer.


- I did mainly just go in and diagnose the problem order the parts and we would have a installer or repairman come and actually repair the system if it wasn't something I could quickly do.


- At the beginning, I was just able to offer the repair and if I turned it over a comfort adviser would come. Eventually, I was put in a position where I could offer and present the repair and equipment options.


- I have performed very well in the service/sales field. I had a pretty good turnover rate. And a pretty good closing rate overall.
