K-12 Associate: Received the upskill training for the K-12 403B accounts to service the specialized plans.
Point of contact for team statistics: Utilize tableau to create power points to provide weekly and monthly updates for specific metric goals across the board. This role also includes training colleagues on tableau use.
Peer mentoring: Providing extra support to FIIS teammates while also giving feedback on points of strength and opportunity to assist in the development of their role.
Fuel 50 Point of contact: Collaborated with manager as well as two colleagues in getting information gathered to facilitate informational meetings on the new feature for career development
