* My duties and responsibilities are to keep all food and non food supplies in full stock, at the same time well organized, cleaned, labeled with date of received and stored in a safe and convenient manner.
* I'm also responsible for purchasing produce items and to make sure it is up to standard and fresh at all times.
* On certain days, all nourishment rooms on each floors are cleaned, filled and restocked to make sure that all drinks and snack for patients are available. All fridge and freezers are filled drinks and with frozen items such as ice creams and popsicles and all other frozen goods. All items must be logged in our hand held device for proper accountability and for inventory purposes
* By the end of the month all inventories must be done and submitted.
