  • Lead all talent acquisition activities at scale, including capacity vs. demand modeling, recruiting operations, reporting and analytics, employer branding, performance metrics, DE&I efforts, contractor/vendor relations, systems/ATS, and campus recruiting.
  • Collaborate with C-suite, Finance, and business leaders to drive recruitment strategy that delivers 1,500+ hires per year.
