Technician in plant conducting the following:

1. Electrical work with drives, motors, and various electrical devices ranging from 24VDC - 480VAC including the following:

- Wiring motors for low and high voltage

- Replacement of contacts, heaters, overloads, drives, transformers, capacitors, signal conditioners, and various fuses and relays.

2. Machinist work utilizing lathe and mills to create brackets, shafts, collars, and various other parts for necessary equipment.

3. PLC’s and other line controls ( Line specific controls )

4. Integrator & CMR knowledge

5. Hydraulic cylinder, pumps, and line repairs

6. Gearbox disassembly and rebuilds (Including backlash setting )

7. Various on site fabrication and welding projects involving:

- GMAW ( Mild, Stainless, & Aluminum )

- SMAW ( Mild Steel )

- GTAW ( Aluminum )

8. Water controls with chiller units, IDP valves, various pump housings with internal impellers.

9. PM programs for upkeep on various site based machinery such as:

- Bearings ( Linear, roll, needle, pillow block, shaft end with spanner rings)

- Greasing slide rails and bearings according to color code

- Replacing Filters ( Water and air )

- Gearbox oil sampling programs

- Roll replacements utilizing lifting equipment
