-responsibilities include the BH Lexington and BH Hamburg campuses
-oversee 103 staff members, including 10 Registered Dietitians
-successfully led the transition from contract management to the systems self op program
-direct daily operations for all meals, including patient services, Cafe Central and Cafe North, as well as physician meals, catering functions and employee events
-responsibilities include financial oversight, staff development, regulatory compliance, and implementing systems required food service programs
