• Maintained a low turnover rate, met all financial goals and have 5 years of deficiency free surveys for TJC, DNV, Bowie Co Texas health department inspections and Hempstead Co, Arkansas health department inspections
• Responsible for all nutritional services food and clinical activities for 2 campuses.
• Actively involved with HealthTrust FoodBuy GPO dietary group.

• Responsible for all food service and clinical activities for 2 hospitals
• Actively involved in 3 hospitals, a long term care and 2 assisted living facilities in the system, as well as the guest house where up scale functions were served for medical staff and visitors.

• Co-chair of the Journey to Excellence Steering Team.
• Opened the department in a new building. Closed the department in 2 other hospitals.
