Worked in the Human Resources Department as the Training coordinator. Was responsible for maintaining and facilitating on-the-job and classroom training programs for employees within the organization. Worked with employees from the onboarding process, through the training requirements and with current employee training requirements. Enjoyed working with all different individuals. Assessed training needs, developing internal training programs or contracting external ones, facilitating learning, providing feedback, and monitoring outcomes.
