  • Train the Trainer certified and was part of the HR Team.
  • Managed the certification and recertification process for all manufacturing employees. This included new hires and current employees.
  • Worked with staff, central management, department leaders and supervisors to identify, plan, align, and address training needs.
  • Global Training Coordinator that assigned training to entire plant through a training system to ensure the plant was compliant with OSHA and plant requirements.
  • Created and produced required training curriculums that were job specific tasks for each department.
  • Created and maintained detailed training records and reports.
  • Facilitated communication between trainers, participants and leadership before and after training sessions to ensure clear expectations and follow-up support were provided as needed.
