· Provide in a timely manner, necessary documentation to other agencies such as DEH Finance, Treasury, HRIRIS, Portfolio of the Civil Service (PoCS), Public Service Pension Board (PSPB), and CINICO as it relates to new and departing employees or any other situation that may affect one’s salary, pension or other related benefits. Act as DEH HR point of contact for relevant agencies as assigned by the HR & Administrative Manager.
· Maintains a supply of new employee packages, staff manuals and HR related forms; maintains level of office supplies for the section.
