Accomplishments

  • In Market Implementation role build the McDonald's program to 2,000+ doors in 6 months.
  • Headed up the successful Market launch of McDonald’s DFD at Krispy Kreme of the 9 door micro test, 165 door Market Test, and supported the plan to move to a National Launch.
  • Built a team of 4 Internals and 12 contract workers to support the phased market by market launch.
  • To Date – Launched 4 Markets totaling in ~2,250 McD as of today in 19 Hubs and prepping to launch another 1,200 in 13 Hubs.
  • Within the first year as a multi-unit manager was able to improve results and was awarded the Director of the Quarter award for two quarters in a row.
  • After the first full year as the general manager in the Prattville location, was awarded with the Logan’s Hero award- which is given to the top ten General Managers in the company for their performance in the guest experience and cost controls for the entire year.
  • In fiscal year 2014, was awarded 2nd Place in company for the 'Bull’s Eye Cost' which include controlling cost in areas of Food, LBW, Supplies, Labor, R&M, and Total controllable income.
