Gave great customer service by predicting my guests needs and always making sure the guests are happy whether that’s taking care of someone else table or checking on my table more often than other servers to make sure they are happy with my service by the time they are done eating. In the kitchen I helped clean and organize while also being a team player and making sure the food gets ran out to the tables, checking on other employees, and helping out whenever someone is in need. I also help out by helping host by seating people in rotation and scripting our specials for the day. I will also sometimes help with to-gos by preparing the food and getting the extra items (bread, silverware, drinks, etc) ready to be handed to the guest.

In this position my responsibility was to make sure every customer was happy with their experience while shopping. I also was in charge of the cashiers and registers meaning I would help other cashiers when needed and helped fix any problems/disruptions while also keeping the customer satisfied. When closing I was responsible for collecting the money, cleaning up the front area/registers, and making sure everything was stocked and ready for the next day.

In this role my main job was to prepare the pizzas to go into the oven. Not only did I cook pizzas, I also would bake desserts, prepare salads, put sandwiches together, and even make appetizers. I also would help make extra dough, sauce, etc. Not only that, part of my job was to also keep the kitchen nice and tidy while keeping all of the ingredients stocked.

In this role I would be responsible of washing dishes and making sure every dish was cleaned and ready for the guests to eat on.
