I am responsible for supporting the Membership Director by overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, member relations, and administrative tasks. Key duties include managing staff schedules, handling customer service, assisting with budget management, and implementing membership initiatives to achieve recruitment and retention goals. Also, I teach a few fitness classes and do marketing for our gym.
Addressing all member concerns including processing new memberships handling cash, check and credit card transactions, cancelling memberships, promoting events and classes in the center, creating workout flyers on the app Canva, answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate areas, ensuring that facility and equipment are clean and sanitary, doing laundry. Also, I create workout programs for members called Smart Starts which create a routine for healthy living which we inspire to do for the employees that come to our gym.
