• Achieved RoC is 34 days on the first line launching the 6F35 & 29 days on the second line launching the 6F15.

• Launched the U502 in assembly while running full volume on U377 and increased the JPH from 132 to 153 while I managed the area.
• Worked with IE's & HR to develop & negotiate in National Negotiations the 4 Crew work pattern.
• First in Ford Motor Company to launch the 4 crew pattern in the machining areas.

Production MPS

• Managed the daily business in the 4R aluminum case & converter housing machining area producing 1.3 million units per year.
• Dealt with the casting suppliers working with them on defect reduction both leaks and gross porosity.

• Managed the daily business in the cast iron skilled trades in the AX4S machining area.

Production Supervisor

• Managed the hourly work force in the AX4S cast iron machining and sub assembly areas.

• Resolved issues quickly to maintain productivity goals.
• Oversaw employee training initiatives to ensure all team members were proficient in company procedures, safety regulations, and job-specific tasks.

• Managed team of 48 production associates, overseeing productive production processes and meeting all deadlines.

• Started as an hourly employee while I was still going to collage. After I completed my degree I agreed to a position as a production supervisor in the paint department.
