Responsible for 90 office locations across 18 states with a 25MM annual budget as part of Humana’s Workplace Solutions Organization. The Department of Workplace Solutions delivers Real Estate, Property Management, and Business Services to the entire organization. Working with leaders and associates to understand business models and objectives, Workplace Solutions develops space designs, real estate strategies, and service solutions with a fourfold objective to enable the productivity of associates, help brand a positive image of Humana internally to the associate and externally to the customer, shape a positive associate experience at Humana, and manage Humana’s physical property assets and associated capital responsibly.
