  • Currently work daily with Plastic mold injection machines
  • I am in charge of assembling and disassembling Molds to either be worked on or placed into machines to run production.
  • Regularly use a forklift to uninstall and install molds into plastic mold injection machines.
  • After installing a mold into a machine I then step up the job hooking up all water lines and programming the machine by entering all necessary information to run desired part correctly.
  • I then make sure the job has the proper plastic to run the job and inform the machine techs above me that the machine is ready to shoot where they then come to run the first few parts and make sure the part is running properly.

  • Was in charge of running and consistently loading heavy metal channels into the machine to be friction welded to mesh to make big racks for companies like Lows, walmart, ect..
