Responsible for sponsorship and events . Duties include:

• Securing new sponsorship agreements through prospecting, proposal creation, and negotiation.
• Managing the company's relationship with external partners
• Coordinating internal and external events to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives.

• Assess whether approved training providers meet the requirements to deliver AAT qualifications. Duties include: checking policies and procedures are up to date; evaluating practice and sampling documents.

• Responsible for helping children with a wide range of moderate to severe learning, physical or behavioural difficulties through personalized programs.

• Managed the operations of 2 Extended After School Program (EASP) sites, ensuring compliance, supervision and quality standards.
• Responsible for training staff, processing fees, staff time sheets and maintaining records pertaining to the program.
• Developed school age enrichment programs in line with YMCA key curriculum areas.
• Identified and cultivated community partnerships.
• Managed site budget in conjunction with Programme Manager.

• Assisted in the personal, social and educational development of 6th class students in preparation for transition to secondary school.

• Managed a cross-functional team in the concept and development of Caribbean food products. Portfolio included snacks, beverages and a fighter brand.

• Developed and maintained the Grace Foods social media profile to promote the company's offerings and services on Facebook and YouTube platforms.
• Assisted in the management and implementation of marketing activities to ensure maximum sales in the company's international markets.
