I assist in overseeing sales & production goals for cluster stores in order to meet expected goals while actively remaining responsible for my assigned home store. I mentor & assist my cluster store managers through day to day processes, including but not limited to:
- Creating weekly schedules to ensure adequate coverage of the store during operating hours.
- Prepare staff work schedules and assigned team members to specific duties.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on how best to handle difficult customers or situations.
- Motivate and supervise staff to ensure productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in recruiting qualified personnel when necessary by conducting interviews.
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss progress towards goals.
- Resolve customer complaints in an efficient and professional manner.
- Oversee the execution of visual merchandising activities in line with corporate standards.
- Perform regular audits of store operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Organized store layout according to corporate guidelines while maximizing space utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, cash handling.
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure optimal stock levels at all times.
- Provide training to new staff members on policies, procedures, product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Provide leadership, insight and mentoring to newly hired employees to supply knowledge of various company programs.
- Delegated work to staff, setting priorities and goals.
- Monitor progress by establishing plans, budgets and measuring results.
- Actively communicate across all departments to aid in problem solving
- Provide additional support to struggling locations by traveling & assisting as needed.
