- We visually look over and inspect the parts as they are brought down onto a conveyor belt from a robot, or we open and close the gates at a reasonable speed to reach into the presses and pull the parts off of the molds and put onto the inspection tables to further package the parts to be put into the proper carton, taped up, onto the skids.
- We keep track of our production on our assigned presses for that shift by hourly writing down the scraps and packed cartons, also parts per cartons. End of shift efficiency.
- We grind our scraps in proper grinders that are separate from the presses.
- Clean tables and sweep up areas as we go until the end of our shift.
