  • I lead a team of four project coordinators who reviews, approves and manages the implementation of approximately 87 production application implementations per month.
  • The most impacting of this work is once a month. This monthly deployment requires weekly/daily status and risk mitigation meetings to ensure implementation readiness.
  • Our project team documents a timeline which lays out each required task, what time it will be completed, its dependencies and who will complete each task.
  • We facilitate all tasks on implementation day to ensure every step is completed in order, on time and has been validated.
  • My team also coordinates monthly patching for 140 Linux servers, 90 Oracle databases, 13 Oracle Exadata frames and multiple other technology patching.
  • Substantial knowledge of systems is required to schedule this work without impacting package flow and all key stakeholders have received proper communication.

Senior Project Coordinator

  • Coordinated with Airline, Transportation, and Worldport resources to maintain or replace ~700 servers and ~2700 workstations.
  • This required continuous communication with each of the stakeholders to negotiate planned completion dates which would also meet required UPS and vendor deadlines.
  • Coordinated multiple other projects to include installing weather satelite receivers for the airline weather team, upgrading telecom equipment for all Louisville locations and installing network gear for Louisville locations.
