  • Aircraft Apron Site Improvements, Phase 1 Ft. Eustis, VA $50M Design-Bid-Build Relocated training facilities and constructed a 354,000 SF aviation complex on 45 acres. The project included 274,000 yards of fill, a 450-ft concrete taxiway bridge, aircraft aprons, taxiways with lighting controls, 2 Central Electrical Plants, vehicle and equipment storage, an entry control facility with security enhancements, and improved access roads. Integrated sustainability measures, stormwater management, and long-distance utility runs to meet environmental and regulatory requirements, ensuring seamless connectivity to the existing operational runway at Felker Army Airfield.
  • Pure Salmon Virginia NTP1 Tazewell, VA $250M Design-Build Phase 1 Earthwork and soil improvement for Pure Salmon's 10,000 tonne per year USA salmon farm. The work included mass earthwork, low mobility grout, wick drains with temporary fill surcharging, structural fill, and establishment of temporary facilities for the next phase of construction.
  • James River SWIFT & ANRI Newport News, VA $85.6M Design-Build Preconstruction, Initial site work and temp facilities, Underground piping at existing WWTP, IFAS Effluent Channel (including bypass pumping): RAS Pump station, SWIFT Recharge Wells, Sheet/Shore/Excavate for IFAS, Junction Splitter Box, Outfall Splitter, Process Mechanical for all WWTP related upgrades.
  • Fuel Facility Replacement RGAAF, Fort Hood Fort Hood, TX $28M Design-Bid-Build Constructed new Type III Hydrant System at Robert Gray Army Airfield, which included two 504,000-gallon above ground fuel storage tanks, a pump shelter with a control room, truck loading/unloading points, spill containment, and a direct aircraft fuel system. Installed a hydrant loop with six refueling outlets, incorporating all necessary piping, valves, and appurtenances. The project also featured cybersecurity, anti-terrorism, and sustainable design measures, along with emergency systems, leak detection, and lightning protection. Oversaw demolition and site preparation, including the removal of existing hydrant pits, piping, and airfield pavement, ensuring seamless integration with the new fueling infrastructure.
  • UPS Louisville Worldport Fuel Farm Tank 7 Louisville, KY $9.6M Design-Bid-Build Modify existing fuel containment system to include new wall section, modifications of existing wall sections, new containment liner system and concrete. Demolition of two existing tanks including existing foundations, piping, and liner system. Construction of one new 56M BBL above grade fuel tank with new fuel piping.
  • UPS Louisville Worldport Fuel Farm Tank 8 Louisville, KY $9.9M Design-Bid-Build Install Utilities, demo pavement, construct new containment with vertical CIP walls, liner and concrete. Construct one new 61M BBL above grade fuel tank and piping including concrete foundation, cathodic protection, lightning protection, electrical, supports and fire foam piping.
