  • Second in charge in a Dive Resort in Little Cayman, composed by 40 rooms, bar, restaurant, swimming pool, watersports center, diving center, spa.
  • The Resort has 55 staff members and works mostly with American guests.
  • My tasks include the management of the F&B department, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Public Areas.

  • In charge of the opening of a new over-water outlet with restaurant, bar and lounge.

  • I have managed the whole operations of a Private Island Resort, reporting to the Group Operational Manager and the Owners.
  • The Resort is a well known 4
  • Superior composed of 64 accommodations between overwater villas, suites and beach bungalows, with 2 restaurants, bar, gym, diving center, watersports, spa, boutiques.
  • I led 15 heads of departments and in average 110 staff members.
  • During 2 years I planned and supervised 6 months of full renovations (rooms, jetty, kitchen, restaurant), I led the reopening, I managed the Property while being a Governmental quarantine center, I planned and made an implementation project of the green areas, I organized and obtained the HACCP certification and renewed the Operational License, I prepared and shared with the Owners reports on costs, consumptions, sales of the departments, F&B menus and action plans

  • I organized and led the reopening and managed for the whole operational season, taking care of the costs and revenues of the departments, the resolution of the problems, the planning of the events and activities, the management of the staff, the maintenance of the facilities.
  • The Resort had the best year ever about revenue, after a repricing strategy and we managed to keep a high satisfaction through the guests despite all, offering higher quality services, organizing extra activities and taking care of the communication
