  • Integrated the Compassionate Schools Program curriculum into my classes.
  • Served on our SCM (safe crisis management) team, and PBIS committee.
  • Serve as a special area team leader.
  • Serve on our school instructional leadership team.
  • Collaboration with two of our Doss High School teachers. One collaboration has included Doss High School students teaching our elementary students facts about wellness and nutrition. The other collaboration includes a group of high school students who help to design a few of the station activities for our Field Day event. As well as, serving in various other areas of our field day event.
  • I plan and organize our school-wide Field Day, JRFH, and Speed Stack fundraising events.
  • Served on our teacher transfer hiring committee.
  • Collaborated with Safe Schools bike safety program for two years.
  • Coordinated for special events and guest speakers/presenters.

  • Received district recognition for creating and implementing what I called, “Pack the Bus” project for tornado victims in West Liberty.
  • Received an “Above and Beyond” district award from our superintendent.
