Summary

"Compassion and connection before correction and compliance." This is my life verse when working with the various populations within the Louisville community. At the heart of what I do everyday is a passion to serve others and to show even the most vulnerable populations compassion. I have worked hard to move up within my organization and to ensure the programs I oversee are programs of distinction within the community. I am a decisive, strong leader who is willing to work hard and strategically problem solve to ensure the organization continues to run effectively and is successful.
