In Home Caregiver

Encore ADHC
12.2018 - 09.2022

As an in home caregiver I had to fulfill many tasks for my clients throughout my working years. I was expected to take them to appointments and to also run errands to the grocery store and to the pharmacy and to take them out to eat if they chose to go out. I also had to do light house keeping chores and prepared light meals for them. I also had to assist in getting the client dressed and walked beside them at all times to make sure they were safe, I also assisted them in getting in and out of the car safely and carried their groceries inside the house and put them away. I reminded them to take medications and I also called them in the evenings to check up on them before going to bed. I would also call them in the morning to remind them of an appointment and to ask how they were feeling. I informed myself of any important contacts such as a family member and also their family doctor in case of an emergency. I also was informed of my clients medical history and reported any falls of serious matters to my employer.
